Hey everyone, my name is Travis and my Grandfather was Elmer C Bitters HQ Det 1st Reg. I have been doing a lot of research and am still trying to understand exactly where my grandfather fit in with the FSSF, he passed away in 1991 and I wasn't old enough for him to really tell me much before he passed. If there is anyone who's family may have known him I would love to hear more about him.
