Whatever information that anybody might have in relation to the above would be greatly appreciated. Whether one knew or served with him and can give personal accounts re personality etc, supply pictures, or refer me to relevant sources to gain more information that can be added to the history of the family name Shaddock here in Australia where many came and 'settled in the 1800's.( Captain Shaddock brought the derivative of the grapefruit ( also known as a "shaddock"), to the West, from the Indies in the 1700's.)

This is what I know so far. Born London Ontario. Lived in Ingersoll and played baseball. Probably joined cadets and then the First Canadian Parachute Battalion. Volunteered for F.S.S.F. Believe an instructor. Posted oversees served maybe in Italy and then France.

Whatever information that can be supplied will eventually be added to the "History of The Shaddocks in Australia" an ongoing project for future reference for all Shaddocks' world wide. Thank You Arjay
