You can get the application for the FSSFA membership here http://www.firstspecialserviceforce.net/FSSFAssociation.html

Just go down about half way and you can download the pdf file and print it and then send it in.

I will send you a PM (Personal Message) with Bill Woon's address as well as a few others.
