Recently I was contacted by Lloyd States grandaughter Faith who had recently found out that her grandfather was a member of the Force. With that info she was able to find a few more things about Lloyd one of which was about a Riot that happened in England. With her permission I thought I would ask if any of you may know about this Riot that happened???



By the way he was found innocent!!! So...were you there? Was your grandfather there??? Did you know about this???
